[Hey, it's what has ended up in her database somehow. Probably too much Discovery Channel during mission downtime.
She raises an eyebrow at that - okay, not so little Castiel. That has a ring to it.]
That does sound sticky. What kind of events would have you considering betrayal, not so little Castiel? [Just goes to show that organics can't be relied upon for absolute loyalty, huh.]
[Betrayal is an ugly word, one he's been saying to himself far too frequently these days, so much so that he's not even sure who's betraying who anymore. Did their Father betray them, leaving His angels to rule and watch over His children unchecked in His stead? Did his brothers betray their Father and all Castiel has ever believed in? Or has he been the betrayer, turning his back on his brothers, learning about free will and choosing to side with humanity? Maybe blame lies with them all, but trying to assign it is starting to make his head hurt.
He smiles every so slightly as it (it's nothing personal. Human's are also 'it's) seems polite enough]
My friends call me Cas. And it's. . .complicated. [Dean would probably be able to simplify it in 4 words of less though.] My brothers want to bring about the apocalypse. And our Father is no where to be found.
[Wait is he saying they could be friends? That's... new. And definitely outside of her mission parameters. But...]
Cas, then. If I'm correct in the assumption that wish to be friends. I wouldn't mind attempting it.
[She taps her hands together a couple of times, thinking about this very seriously. The phrase apocalypse isn't something to be taken lightly.]
So you've found yourself on the side that wants to destroy the world, but you're not so sure it's the right thing to do - but you can't stop them by yourself either? That's a shame, there's a lot in this world that's much too beautiful to be destroyed, and I'd prefer not to cease to exist myself.
